Why is there no warning when you join warfare space?

I think you either:
- tried to join Gallente/Minmatar militia while being member of Caldary FW and killed by NPC in enemy space.
- was killed by players from opposite militia

Anyway. When you were joining militia you had popup window with warning where they said you that you are joining war and can be attacked everywhere.
Read paper before signing it!
