expire date of gold ouroboros accelerator is 19/VIII/2016, accelerator work for 10 days, my question is; if i use accelerator at 17/VIII did it will work to 27/VIII or it will stop work on 19/VIII?

See here. In summary: it will cease to exist on the 19th 00:00, whether consumed or not. So you'd get at most 2 days of accelerated training (depending on when on the 17th you consumed it) out of it, not 10.
