frame sync on 1 account, random color on a second, GPU goes crazy

PC: GA-990FXA-UD7
CPU: AMD FX-9370
MEM: 8Gig
Graphics: Radeon 8Gig Rx 480

I have three accounts,
On one account the GPU goes crazy as if it's mining BITCOINS with a frame rate in the hundreds
On another all is fine but the frame rate is locked to 60
On another I get random colors, so sepia red, green or purple

This is all on the same PC running one account at a time.

I'm trying to work out what files I need to delete to have everything the same and sane, preferably not BITCOIN mining, don't want to install water just yet.

on the launcher, click the gear for the account that runs fine.
make a note of which profile its using.

click the gear on accounts that are tweaking
change to that profile

click manage profiles
delete unused/broken profiles.
