Following the final approval of the Magistrate of Providence, the Conclave's recommendations are set to be signed on the 8th of October at 18:00 Yulai time

Invitation mails have been issued to the original participants, but all those loyal to the Empire, or are in good standing with it as allies, whom wish to witness the occassion should contact myself for details.

While the wait for the final approval has been long, it has come in timely fashion by coinciding with this week of celebration of Empress Catiz I's coronation.
