Launcher refuses to open both accounts!

I have two accounts that until today the launcher would open flawlessly. This account "JC Dalton" refuses to open. It is subbed and I'm not even getting any error messages. I have both boxes ready to launch and it still will only launch my other toon , Even when my other toon is unchecked and not ready to launch it still will do so. Please help, and if you ask for bug reports or the such please provide where to find them. I am running windows 7 Home premium. also , when i tried to run repair it asked to update which i allowed, now there isnt even a repair file to run anymore. It simply dissapeared, in its place is now a text file i cannot open.
