Why would CONCORD or any nation for the matter give a 'militia' mercenary these documentations?

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

I know it's annoying when people bicker on the IGS. But I have to respond to this.

Horde does not string along it's corporation members. We are free to come and go at all times for anybody. We ask nothing in return. We give freely to teach new pilots the ways of EvE, and we happily send people to their next path when they choose to leave.

Feel free to dislike us Yarosara, but make sure it is for the right reasons.
