It would take the same amount of programming code to engineer the anti-clockwise turn, so in the interest of keeping the size of the program under control, therefore the download time and overall lag engendered while your processor tries to tell their processor....

...I'll go with the "In Australia..." explanation.

No, that was patched out earlier this year. Propulsion mods no longer alter your orbit path.
Err, except for the too-speedy-to-orbit-that-close, then your orbit will increase.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
