Yet another launcher problem

So, after starting launcher today i see this.

I don't recall installing anything new, and last shutdown - back when everything worked - was clean.
Using repair.exe didn't help, even though it did download some launcher-related files.
I can still start the game by clicking E button and opening server list.

How do i fix it?
