You can make anything you want in this hole, basically unlimited PI options. Any T0-T2 single planet chain. Any P4. Factory, or local production. POCOS are currently owned by the last resident, who is no longer there (they appear to have just gotten bored and left). You can negotiate a sale with them, or close the hole and replace them at your leisure.

Great effect:

It is a magnetar, meaning you get 44% extra damage. Smoking fast PvE, and great to gank anyone who lurks into your hole.

Empty:

There are currently five dead sticks and nothing else. No force fields. No citadels.

Pretty much just incidental to people passing through. Close your holes and you get as little attention as you want.

Easy logisitics:

High sec static, easy to roll, you can get an exit close to jita whenever you want one. That will be helpful to get your billions in PI products to market.

Transaction details:

750M gets you a bookmark contracted to you in the highsec static system. Once you have a character in the hole it's yours. Third party service is fine if you want it, you pay fees.
