allow anyone to rent/use your Citadel ???

Ok I just set up my citadel in hi sec and want to allow anyone to dock and rent my offices and use all the services how do I do that??? there is nothing out there to show me how any thoughts thanks

You setup a citadel on TQ before knowing what to do, and you didn't ask first or try the test server ...

Take control of your citadel.

Select Transfer Ownership

Type in Running With Railguns.

Done.

It'll be a public citadel in no time.
