Launcher Loses My Settings - Bug Report Function Also Does Not Work

Hi,

I've moved to the new launcher after being told that the old launcher was no longer supported. So I've only been using it for a short while. But it's already corrupted my settings on at least one character and it really really really wants to replace my settings with default settings whenever it can.

I've bug reported this, but because the bug report tool doesn't work, I'm left somewhat frustrated by that experience.

Ok so I've de-bugged your bug reporting tool.

If you submit it to the launcher queue, it dies.

If you submit it to the forum queue, it submits.

Guess what guys?

That's from 4 days ago in this forum section. A dev replied to other parts of the post but not to this bug report.

I've bug reported the bug with the bug reporting tool under the forum/website catagory.

Nobody is interested to repair any Bug's it seems...
