What structure you need I'm not sure. This is just from a google search so I have no idea if it's correct.

Reactions cannot be done in hisec.

* 1x Control Tower at least a medium, but a large is recommended. Silo bonus not necessary.
* 1x Coupling Array (mineral)
* 1x Hybrid Polmer Silo (hybrid polymer)
* 2x Biochemical Silo (fullerene gases)
* 1x Polymer Reactor Array
* 1x Polymer Reaction

More or less:
1. Anchor polymer reactor, 2x biochemical silos (fullerene gas), coupling array (mineral), hybrid polymer silo (output polymer).
2. Fill the silos & coupling array and online them.
3. Install a reaction into the reactor, and online it.
4. On the tower menu, drag-and-drop output icons on right onto inputs on left, and don't forget to hit apply.
5. Wait for the reactor to exit starting-up mode.
6. Receive bacon hourly.
