Ship Viewer Broken

Good day,

The ship viewer has not been working for few weeks now. I have the latest drivers, cleared the cache in-game at the reset window. I get a faint window outline, but nothing else shows, can see the window controls barely, very faint, can close the window.

The other day I logged into the test server and the viewer worked! But still not working while on Tranquility.

Any ideas on fix would be appreciated.

Ditto. The other character on this account works fine.
