The mach is versitile for sure, and while i feel like a minority, the armor mach has a lot going for it. You can fit a four slot armor tank and three gyros, you free up a lot of cpu, and tracking computers are arguably superior to tracking enhancers. An ambit + 2 TCs can let you rescript for different situations while retaining some of the falloff you lose vs running 3 tracking enhancers, while giving you room for a sebo and grappler, or tackle.

The you cant tank quite the peak dps that you can with a shield tank, but you really shouldn't have to given the dps and mobility.
The mach definitely benifits strongly from a deadspace mwd. An AB is good, but the mobility increase really helps with getting into range of where your AC's apply full damage and you can make use of four heavy drones without their flight time to target or recall being an issue.

Either way you tank it, beast of a ship.
