Hi,

Can someone confirm that I give BOTH when requested or is the API alone enough? I have been asked for both, and have set it up, but not sure if it is necessary to give the VC as well.

Thanks in advance

Yep you need both to get any information from it. Otherwise people could just type in random strings of numbers/letters and see your info without your permission!

Think of the key as a username, and the vcode as the password for it.

Also, make sure that any keys you give out are temporary. Also, you'll want to make different keys for different programs. Apparently, CCP will put a lock on a key if it is being queried from too many different programs.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.
