How to upgrade trial account from code?

Today i bought a Core Starter Pack code on G2A. The code worked, but when i submited it, the site suggested to create a new account, but I already have an existing, trial account. How can I upgrade a trial account with the code? I'll be grateful for help.

You cannot; most EVE promotions are aimed at creating new accounts and increasing the number of players.

On the plus side, the core starter pack has some nice things in it, and you can easily start over if you haven't spent more than a month in the game. Just start a new account with the promo, and create a new character.
