the three Citadel types are described also as suitable for alliances/organizations:

Astrahus: "[...] the Astrahus can be utilized for a multitude of roles, from a corporate headquarters for a small organization, to a forward staging point for a large alliance or coalition."

Fortizar: "The larger brother of the Astrahus, the Fortizar class Citadel provides even more functionality, and is designed to serve the needs of a medium to large organization."

Keepstar: "[...] this class of Citadel provides a solid base for an Alliance or Coalition headquarters."

It is my idea that there is a module for the Serviceslots which provides a hangar for the complete alliance.
Alternatively, an adjustment would be desirable, with which you can specify which players Corporations and / or alliances have access to the hangar.
Said briefly, a hangar which can be released for everyone.

About the size I have not had any thoughts. However, it should fit into some ships as the Ship Maintenance Array.

What do you think about the idea?

sounds like a great ideea. better way to clean out an alliance
