The only way this ridiculous suggestion could work is if it is accompanied by:

- remove all ice and asteroid belts from highsec
- remove all missions and mission agents from highsec
- remove all combat signatures and anomolies from highsec.

ie. if you want great safety, you pay for it with less reward.

Since that would reduce highsec to essentially - hauling, market trading and new player starting - then shrink highsec so that the players that now need to go to low and null to achieve what they want, have additional systems to do it in.

Not quite. In both threads I am making sense. It isn't hard to understand (for most people it seems).
