Transfer Debit Cards?

So, I created my account with said bank account that is now closed. I have the account info from past account. I now have a new account, happens to be a student account, as I am entering college now. My question here is specific.

I have no funds to buy my next month, and I wont have funds till after the 18th of January, in my new account. My account expires Jan 1st. Can I transfer my credit account that which I pay for eve, after my account is expired, and update with a new account? I plan to buy a year sub with my new account on the 19th or 20th of January. Is this possible>? Or will I loose my 5-6 months in eve with the new account I made? I already lost two accounts, and would be sad if I lost another. all help is appreciated. :) Thanks and Happy Holidays! :)

Hello,

You can change your payment details at any time; nothing will happen to your EVE Online account while your subscription is inactive. Should you run into any problems with payment, please file a petition under "Billing & Account" category or email support@eveonline.com and our GMs will help you out.
