Citadel mechanics and clones

Is there definite CCP state picture what happens with clones in citadels?

What I want to know, can I jump clone out of citadel and to citadel if it doesn't have that module thingy / fuel (so like normal jump cloning)?

Also, what happens if I jump clone out of citadel and that module does get turned off or runs out of fuel, can I still jump back to my clone?

Would be nice to get some CCP answer covering even more use cases with citadels.

My understanding is; that you need the module to create a jump clone. But once created you can leave it there no matter what and you just get charged that fee when you jump to a clone elsewhere.

Still, if the citadel gets destroyed, clone left there is gone, right?

Can you use 0 hours cooldown if the module is not running and you are jumping inside the citadel?

Yes and I will say Yes again I haven't tried it but if the module is just for creating the clone, what happens after its created is nothing to do with the module.
