So you have 50M+ SP, and you still play solo because:

I'm a solo player... And I'm providing a valuable service to Thrasher pilots...

I don't have 50m SP, but I have found that I enjoy doing my own thing out here in Space. A lot of things going on in real life don't make it easy to cooperate with other people, when all I wanna do is login and accomplish a few simple things.

As a father, and likely your senior, I was asking a valid question to gain some insight into a topic I hold near and dear.

BTW, it is not all about you.

You didnt ask any questions, you made clear statements.... why dont you just go play your game and let others play theirs...

You are anti-social, and fear crowds of 2 or more people.

Your a presumptuous little kid, just because someone likes to ride alone on the sunset makes it unsocial?
Your comment is totally unsocial, you're unable to accept other people think differently from you because has unsocial has you are you think your point of view is the only one valid.

You were born without a tongue and can not use voice coms.

He doesn't give a fück about your little person you love that much? -you know, it's hard to me to bring you to reality but you're really not the center of the world, even if your mom told you that she lied to you.

You are afraid the 3 capital ships you have will be lost in some alliance battle, and no one will care.

What do you know people have or have not, what do you know about someone's personal goals and wtf you think you are to make assumptions about someone totally anonymous to you? -you presumptuous kid

Learning X-07AB type system names reminds you of Algebra.

You are not the boss and others are not as effective or precise as you are.

You have a problem with authority becuase you are not the authority.

You trusted this guy in Jita and lost alot of ISK.

All the minerals you mine are free, just look at your wallet.

Opportunity Cost is a thinly disguised way of saying no matter what you do, you could do something else more profitable.

You want to play with others, but until ALL your skills are 5, you should probably wait.

This is E V E, and you trust NO ONE.

My goodness you're really disturbed...

Did you try lately to find a job irl and have your own family ?? -I gess not, you live in your imaginary world where you think you know everything about everyone because you think you exist and are better than others. Internet nerds can be weird....

Well let me give you a piece of advice, go out buy newspapers try to meet people and maybe you'll meet some girls stupid enough to make you happy 5min and I hope not cause humanity would be loosing all around, but who knows she might has well give you kids.
Find a job and try rl what social experience means, try to become a little more human and dam I think it's a lost bet already.

See you after life in what I'm concerned Bear

OP
I will be as honest as humanly possible. I'm past 50 mill by a good stretch now. .
I'll start with I'm also a father. 39 with 3 children. My wife works nights however & after the kids are asleep I do have hours to log in.
That being said I've not found a large alliance that fits me. Just a few buddies over the years I fly with sometimes.
Okay all BS aside. The wife hates the game & even the mention of it. If I spend to much time on the computer i'm denied access to the 40ds & the silky smooth magic box, witch she uses to keep me under hee thumb. So i'm not much more than a well trained house boy who cowers in the dark under the hue of monitor light.
Worth it.

If Goons were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.

I don't see the point in joining a corp when I have yet to see one with more than 5 people regularly online AND active at the times I usually play.

I see the truth in that. Guess we all draw on our RL frustration and anger as motivation for the destruction we wish to spread in game.
While the kids my rage cause momy an daddy wont buy them the new iPhone or what ever.
I stomp down the basement stairs & set to blowin something up when she falls asleep early & I'm looking forward to some interpersonal relations lol.
Thinking I'm more pissed off lol.

As I remember it from my youth the green sticky kind that smells rather pungent & causes an uncontrollable urge to devour Doritos & chug gallons of Pepsi . Maybe laying on the living room floor eating cereal & watching cartoons all day too.

Then no, although if you replace doritos and pepsi with pringles and coke and laying on the living room floor with sitting at the computer then that actually sounds like me when I was younger. Not any more though. Turns out coke is carcinogenic. Or some variant of it is. And all the MSG can't be good for you.

I dont like playing someone else's game. I prefer solo play becuase Corps always have an agenda. There is also some alpha-dog in charge. Demand you be there and shun you if you dont perform to their expectations. That sounds an awful lot like "work" and I have a RL job for that BS. That was my first expereince with corps and Alliances in EVE.

So Im my own boss now and dont have to answer to anyone...which makes the game FUN!!!

It's also more of a challenge to play solo.

Excellent answer, better than mine which would have been "Too many bossy jerks in Corps"...

I'm 42 and a father of 2. Your question is valid, but your arrogant multiple choice answer list reeks of teenage angst, sorry pops..

Well said. I believe you are correct on the angst, could be my 14 year old rubbing off on me. And you should know how easy it is to mistake confidence for arrogance. I got 3 soul sucking welps, and am your junior... so mad props to you, old man.

I'm 54 older than both of you.... And no that's not a good thing...
