Of course not. That has not been necessary nor should it be necessary. I do not want the launcher to auto login the accounts when I start the launcher, I want them to be logged in when I enter the credentials of one account. Like it has been for months now and should continue to be.

For every one who lost settings. It isn't lost completely. Here is how to restore it.
0. Close all clients if it's open.
1. Press the gear button for an account.
2. Choose a profile (it's should have the account name part).
3. Launch the client for the account and verify your layout settings back.
4. Repeat for every account.

0. Закройте все клиенты, если были открыты.
1. Кликните иконку с шестерёнкой для учётной записи.
2. Выберите профиль из появившегося списка (название профиля должно включать имя учётной записи).
3. Запустите клиент для учётной записи и проверьте, что расположение окон было восстановлено.
4. Повторите для каждой учётной записи.

You still have to tick "remember this account" in order to store the accounts that you want logged in automatically. Then you can press logout and the next time you log in, don't tick the "remember this account" box on the account you use to log in with!

Any subsequent accounts get added properly, including the first account. Adding it again created the account name and start options correctly.

There is a small icon in the bottom-right half of the launcher interface where you can change the layout.

You still have to tick "remember this account" in order to store the accounts that you want logged in automatically. Then you can press logout and the next time you log in, don't tick the "remember this account" box on the account you use to log in with!

This is not exactly how it works right now. I have logged in all 3 accounts without checking the "Remember this account (insecure)" box ticked. 2 of the accounts log in automatically when I enter the credentials (Rivr's, of which I enter the credentials, and another), but the 3rd account does not log in automatically. This is a weird behavior and not nearly as convenient as the behavior that I am used to from before this update.

Funny thing: If I use the credentials of the account that does not want to auto-login when I enter Rivr's account's credentials, all 3 accounts are logged in just fine.
Guess I need to use his login credentials again to login my accounts. And still not used the Remember Account checkbox.

I do not care if people consider it whining, the launcher was working perfectly before and now requires more effort to achieve the same things. And no, I did not need to use the box and do not see why I should need to tick that box. As you can read above, it's also not necessary. However, that I need to do some weird account login dice roll tricks is not exactly convenient.

Having '0' issues with the update so far.

Seems to load much faster. Other than re-entering my account nfo all seems the way it should be. I like the faster loading time. Thanks (:

This doesn't work. If this worked (selecting our profile in settings) we wouldn't all be annoyed, would we?!

YES, absolutely. But if you purchase dual training; At least you can play one knowing the other is still training.

Best to have two accounts.

New bug i guess:

can't log into an account that has 2fa enabled using the launcher. It gives me the error "Verification code mismatch" over and over

edit: haha, the "submit a support ticket" link directly below is broke too.

edit edit: i cancelled and backed out of that sign in and worked on the next try.

What I recognize:

Lack of clear concise instructions for any and all aspects of the CCP games I have played. I am having no issues with this launcher. However I believe it would be best to offer detailed operators instructions for the many who fall short of complete understanding.

One can spends days weeding through truth/deception/sarcasm before finally hitting the target.

Forums are great to work out some details, however I feel for the ones who are not aware of every little button, tick box, etc. When shooting for an answer, 14 sarcastic replies really does no one any favors.

When will someone consider changing the story for missions to flow smoothly? EXAMPLE: It makes little sense to run missions for an agent, then if you click the get mission button when there is no ava. mission, you get a reply that they only work with people they trust. If they didn't trust you, why would they let you do 30 missions for them? See the conversations make little sense. I feel the conversations could be better detailed, more exciting, and follow some type of consistent direction.



I wish I was young enough to know everything. So much I must have forgotten over the last 45 years.

and we're broken again...

Launcher starts but alas no login box, only useful for reading news.

Tried a fresh install of the launcher but still no way to log in. Kind of reluctant to log another support ticket seeing as CCP support seems to work at a glacially slow speed.

Guess i'll be off playing something else until another launcher update fixes the issue possibly,

Try to launch the eve.exe launcher at: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE (until June 30th)

or

exefile.exe located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bin

log in and play

This should get you by until you find your fix.
