Haha. I did point it out above.

There is a history behind him. Then again, that is stereotyping. :P

Missed that one.

Anyway, you should really be fond of CODE. They are some of the biggest RPers out there.

Miner, I am glad you ask the questions here, maybe some other confused miner will find an answer too if he stumbles upon this post.

Razor Axe wrote:

1. I checked your website and what not.

Then You should know by now that there is no provision in the Code that grants you a warning before the gank. You had all the warnings already it's not like we govern Highsec only since yesterday. It is also always a good idea to ask around about the law and who owns the place before you start to strip it off it's resources, don't you think?

Razor Axe wrote:

2. No, I never heard about the code until that incident. You have been a nobody to me for a decade. You should put up marketing board because you guys are terrible at making it clear. In fact, for the last decade I have only been managed to be killed 5 times and those are the times I do not use my cloaks. :P

Noted - more propaganda threads and advertisement of the Code needed.

Razor Axe wrote:

3. Everyone knows there is no such thing as New Order Territory or mining permit. We all know you are scammers and rogue agents, as per my recent research about CODE.

Did you perform your research in the AG channel? They will lie to you. In fact the New Order governs Highsec for about 4 years now. Our Saviour and Father of the New Order of Highsec James 315 was unanimously elected Supreme Protector of Highsec by all the citizens of Highsec. The New Order is the institution which defends this democracy and it's Code, to make Highsec a better place where we can all be comfortable to raise our children.

Razor Axe wrote:

4. Let us pretend you do own high sec (which we know you don't, no one cares). Let us also pretend it cost 10 million ISK a year to mine in high sec( most new miners in high sec don't even have that money, scammer). Out of sheer organizational curiosity, how do you guys keep track of this? How do you send out a valid permit? How do you check if it is valid when you see someone with a mining permit? How do you know if it is out of date?

The inner workings of the permit system is very intricate and can not be discussed here. We try to not burden the simple minds of our mining citizens with overly complex details which may confuse them and hinder their productivity. You just need to know that it works perfectly and that there never was a mistake made in the history of the New Order.

Razor Axe wrote:
5. Regardless of what you pretend to be or say. If what you say is true to you, and you truly believe it you will respect my argument and give me my mining permit.

I lost my ship and the person got my bounty, ISK and everything else I had at the time. Which is worth more than 10 million ISK. So I have paid my permit for the next 4 years. So let us play your game... where is my permit? ;)

There is no specification on how to pay the 10 million ISK, so I paid it by dying. There is no rule, law or any exceptions in your rules per today. So you guys owe me your "mining permit" for 4 years. And will leave me alone as per your rules you ask for minimum 10 million ISK.

If you want me to acknowledge CODE. you must acknowledge that I have paid for my miners permit as it doesn't state in what form the ISK should be given. Thus, I argue you and CODE. owe me 4 years permit. So please mail me this "permit" and I will play a long for now.

Thank you, I will wait for this permit otherwise I will not acknowledge your rules or that you own high sec. As my argument stands solid until you can prove an old rule, that is not added or updated after this post that says it has to be paid with hard earn wallet transaction or donation. If not, give me my permit. Twisted

Your confiscated illegal mining equipment and the bounty reward the Agent got who put a stop to your criminal activities can obviously not be used to purchase a mining permit. One would think that is obvious. That would be as if a drug dealer could pay his fine with the confiscated drugs. Such thoughts just give us more evidence that the miners mind is not fit to function on it's own and that he is in dire need of leadership, which we are here to provide.

As you may have noticed from the killmail of your illegal mining vessel, compliance is enforced without asking if you are somehow waiting for your permit. I suggest you make sure you get those papers in order before you start your next mining op, or it may end with another dead mining barge. If you are confused about the way how to acquire a mining permit you should just ask an Agent where to send the money. Pure speculation and silly space-lawyering will get you nowhere.

Feel free to ask more questions if you are still confused. I am here to help.

Sincerely
Agent Ima Wreckoyu

Greetings, citizen!

Other agents have already tried to help with your misconceptions, but please let me add where I feel I can remove some further unclarities...

See, I usually announce myself before a law enforcement, unless I did so in the same system in the last 30minutes already. While a PSA is valuable for all citizens, there is still common courtesy (you will clearly know that one, right?) not to repeat yourself overly.
TBH, I do not remember exactly with you if I made an announcement right before policing you or in the aforementioned 30minutes - but you can ask around, I make CODE.'s presence known (even though we are not required to do so - as you can read here - yes, we stick to what we promise, and sometimes go beyond that even).

So you feel we should post in local even more frequently? Personal convos to every single pilot in local are not possible for obvious reasons.

Razor Axe wrote:

See, that myth is spread by e.g. AG. Thousands of people claim the same every month, and what does it do good to them? Nothing, they end up on the CODE. killboard.

OTOH, I could easily give you a list of 10 people who were all saved due to having a permit. You can contact them and do the research yourself instead of relying on hear-say.

Just becaue there is not an ingame item, it does not mean it does not exist. Chribba is an established 3rd party who does not use only ingame mechanics; renting space in nul does not have an ingame mechanic either.
I have never scammed any one when selling a permit (and I have sold 531 so far), I always make it clear what is the benefits and the obligations of a permit holder.
It appears your research was incomplete, thus.

Oh, and in regards to your kill right offer: Enjoy it as the pure "fluff" it is, sure. Yet, as with most other established agents, your kill right is... not exactly unique. I get one free KR activated on me like every three months, so yours will be about as effective as the single guy who put 1.5b bounty on my head.

I hope you were otherwise able to appreciate our services!

Since the time I was ganked I have bought at least 14 mining permits. I am also a shareholder.

This was after my freighter loss to CODE. which you can see here https://zkillboard.com/kill/50317020/

I fly a tanked Procurer now. I see members of CODE. in local and wave at them to prove I am at the keyboard. I am a compliant miner. I report bots and bot aspirants. I have never been ganked ever since. CODE. bumpers have bumped my freighter at gates and after a permit check they let me go (I got 14 of them). I don't see what the whining is all about.

Perhaps you might want to try out flying compliant instead of trying to scam other players by selling useless kill rights that no one will ever buy. It would be a shame to trick a new player into violating The Code with your carelessness.

Fly compliant, miner, or feel the fury of James 315. Invest into a mining permit today.

My dog just ganked a bird in the yard and left the wreck on the floor. I guess the bird didn't have a garden permit... Maybe there is something to this.

#1 - Kill Rights on CODE are useless. Anyone can shoot them at any time, and only an idiot is going to stop and activate a kill right beforehand because they are usually warping away as fast as they can (not to run from you, but to avoid the police)

#2 - I personally am strictly a NBSI pilot. I can and will kill anything that I'm legally able to kill. I have always flown thus and see no reason to change. As such, I have been known to kill the occasional CODE pilot who happens to allow me to get a target lock. However, I want to make it absolutely clear, I'm not killing them for you. I'm just killing them because they exist and they can be killed.

If you want anarchy and just do what you want go to lowsec or something. In Highsec we heave a civilized society and democracy which comes with a lot of benefits but you also have to follow the laws and pay the taxes so we are able to uphold the law. Leeches and criminals like you are not welcome in our territory.

If you want to call it that, sure! 140mil has saved me from loosing billions in ship and cargo. It's a pretty damn good deal to me! I've seen Exhumers explode next to me, and passed bumped freighters on my way to Amarr. Call it what you want. You want to know what I call it? Compliant Miner.

I am a sheep, yes. And CODE. are the sheep dogs. So far I've paid 140mil + in permits because I feel it's the right thing to do. But all you need is a single mining permit and you will find compliance.

If you can't afford 10mil isk a year, then you are doing it wrong. I have given much more than that to new players. I spend much more than that purchasing overpriced stuff. Hell, 10mil is the price you pay for 10 clone jumps! We throw money left and right on useless things, yet can't pay 10mil to mine compliantly and have nothing to fear from CODE.?

Well, you are welcome to deny their existence and lawyer your way out of it, while keeping your eye out for inbound catalysts. Me? I just pay my fee, and do my thing in peace, and let my betters worry about the politics of highsec.
