Installer Stops at 46%

When using the new launcher, the install stops at about 46% every time. I have deleted everything, uninstalled and done a clean install over 5 times. Next I downloaded the offline installer and tried that. Everything installed fine, but when I opened the eve app it popped up with a launcher saying it will stop being supported on June 30th, and then it all turned grey and would go unresponsive. Any idea what the deal is here? Sorry if I'm not making any sense, just sitting at work frustrated that I literally spent all day trying to figure this out and still nothing.
