Will a closed bug report be re-examied when edited?

I made a bug report (EBR-22403) a while ago, which currently has the status 'closed'. However, the issue is still present, so I have added a comment stating so, along with editing the description.
Since the report remains in the 'closed' state, I am unsure if it will ever be looked at again, or whether I should make an entirely new report.

Can anyone shed some light on what is best to do in this situation?
