Assault Frigatte 'Retribution' without any resistances BUG?

If I take a look at the information site, the Assault Frigatte 'Retribution' has some different base resistances in hull, armor and shild. If I own this ship, all base resistances are at 0%. (see the pic: Screenshot)
It is in space and at station the same situation - it doesn't matter. An armor hardener takes no effect.

Is it a known bug or do I something wrong? Can someone help, please?

if you are just wanting buffer, get bulkheads. You will move faster than with plates and the rigs don't have drawbacks (I think lol)
