Upgrading fw systems with lp

I was wondering if anyone knew the idea behind this. Is it to make fw bring less isk into the game? I've been just getting annoyed with it lately. All the people in militia chat complaining about how calmil is t1 while they don't donate to upgrade their systems.

All the people complaining are likely FW alts for farming. Most pilots who are genuinely fighting are unlikely to find themselves light on faction LP so have an incentive to keep the tier low in order to improve the LP market for their factions goods. Farmers want other people to upgrade the tier for them so they can dplex for more LP so they can cash in more faction goods and saturate the market making things worse for their factions PVPers.

I don't know about you but casually plexing earned from t2 earned me 5 bil after we hit t1. Pendulum and all that stuff. Now my sell orders are nearly empty and my LP is halfway to 1 mil again.

technically FW is taking ISK out of the game, since items of the LP shop cost ISK.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

That's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure enough to say it haha. But do u imagine this is part of the reason why the upgrading systems to reach tiers system is in place? This thread kinda derailed...
