Client Settings under the new launcher

Hi

When using the exefile.exe (located in the Sharedcache > TQ > bin folder) to launch the game, does anyone know where the client settings are saved ?

The launcher uses the settings in Appdata > Local > CCP > EVE > sharedcache folder, but these do not seem to apply when using the exefile.exe.
