Does bugs reports work?

I wrote bug reports via client and web site, but still didn't get answers. All game/site/security bugs in Open state, and 2 bugs of all in attached without answer. How often anyone answer to bug reports in ticket system? I see devs on forum more active than bug tracker.

Just because you don't see any action, doesn't mean they are not working on it. Bug reports take huge amounts of time to work on. They can evolved multiple dev teams and hours of work.

It means it's either being investigated or is still in queue to be looked at. Considering the typical length of patch notes and their frequency these days, I'd say CCP gets plenty of bugs squashed between updates. Sometimes, or more likely more often than I think, they have to commit triage to get the critical issues handled at the cost of other less serious bugs due to volume.

I understand the bugs require a lot of effort to investigate and repair.

I submitted one on 5-31 and still haven't gotten a response of any kind.

While a fix, workaround, ship reimbursement might take time, it takes less than a minute to drop a comment like, "Message received, we're looking into it, please be patient."

Also many things we consider Bugs are actually Malus Features
