ERASMUS-Program in Iceland

Hello folks,

some of you may know the ERASMUS-Program which lets you study at another university. So my girlfirend decided to do this and study in reykjavik from august till december 2016. Sadly there are no rooms to be found that she could stay at and that are kinda affordable.

I heard all the other ERASMUS-Students are also searching for a room. The market for renting appartments seems to be really harsh.

Does anyone know where you can find a good apartment or anything like that where she could stay at? Maybe know a friend who has some space.
