PI - Extractor Program Output drops below 50% of expected output

For over a year I'm operating some Extractor Control Units on 12 planets. Since the last two weeks there is a phenomenon which I can't explain:

I set up an extractor with 8 Extractor Head Units on the same planet with three accounts and start a program for 2 Days and 11 hours. On all three accounts the estimated program output shown in the surveying program window is around 30.000 units per hour.

In the past year there was a similar output on all three planets with a deviation of around 5% but in the past two weeks I noticed that one extractor's output continuously produces significantly less output (below 50%). I was able to repair this extractor by removing it and rebuilding it on the exact same position.

Now this problem occurred again on a different planet. Does any one of you noticed such a problem yet?
