Why am I the only one in corp that gets charged reprocessing fees?

I am CEO
I have just deployed a citadel and have it up and running.
I've set corp to 0% refine tax but public 5%
My corp members can refine with 0% but when I refine I get charged.

Is it because I am CEO or what?

It's kind of weird.

I'm wondering if it's because I appear on EVERY list.

I have one for corp, one for Public, one for a friend corp, and one for those who I like in corp contacts. I appear in each of those lists and I can't be removed.

THIS is it.

The access list have priority based on how precise you give rights, or in this case, tax breaks.

Say for example you have two access lists -- one "Friendly" (includes your own corp) and one "Hostiles".

You set "Friendly" to 0% tax and "Hostiles" to 100% tax.

Now everyone in your corp EXCEPT you gets 0% tax.

Why? You are included as character in the Hostiles list, because you are admin of it this access list. And character is more specific than corp.

Try also adding yourself (character) to the "Friendly" list.

Weirdly enough it's come right now and I can get 0% refining tax now.
