About implants. It'd be interesting, please...

Hey there,

I resubbed after a long while and some days ago begun playing again. Some stuff already regained the hand of it, some other still on it, but anyways, now down to the point:

Is there any way that an option could be implemented, so implants would have their names replaced by their effects, or making them appear as a tooltip when hovering the mouse over, instead of having to check every single info window?

For example, instead of the current state of things, like:
Hardwiring: 756-2 Rattlingmachine-Z-934,
or,
Hardwiring: Zainou-Waterspout-E1-3465
We would see:
+3% to blender efficiency,
or,
+1 to Perception, +3% to toilet flushing control, (part of a set).

Or something like this. I'm sure you get the idea.

And last but not least, my apologies if there's something like this going on already. Told ya, still getting acquainted with all the changes. As a matter of fact, I don't even know if this should be posted in this section at all... haha!
