CCP Customer support severely lacking at the minute

CCP support seems to be taking a vacation right now.
I posted a support ticket over a week ago regarding being scammed on the character Bazaar forum.

Zero response.

I have another account that put in a different support ticket for a totally unrelated item 10 days ago.
3 days ago this was handed off to a 'senior GM'

Still no response to THAT ticket either.

Please get your act together CCP

If I win an auction for your Character, please send me a mail in case I have forgotten to select the 'receive notifications' option.

Apparently you don't spend a whole lotta time at this forum. (Hopefully it's not 'cause you're so cool you don't hang around common debris like us here...) Whatever the reason had you spent any time here you'd have seen a dozen posts about "My help ticket is taking forever." In fact, there's a recently locked one (like this one soon will be) right HERE!

For everyone's info - this isn't your usual fanboi forum. We actually discuss things of significance to players here.

Just sayin'.

I would think that CS taking over a week to respond to tickets would be of significance to players, especially since the forum is the only way to get something heard apart from a support ticket.
There are no sub forums specifically for items like this, so the 'General Discussion' sub forum is the only way of trying to get something across.

At first glance that might seem so, however, the help folks don't visit or participate in the forum. The people who do handle this forum are ISDs, and (one at the bottom of the thread I posted for you) answered your question. As I said, this is no place to discuss your help tickets.

Except there is literally **** all anyone here can do for you (except make fun of you, and I doubt that's the reaction you were going for). Some tickets take a while simply because CCP has to do research into the matter, and that's not always quick or easy. Also, they've recently been overloaded. You have to wait your turn, just like everyone else.

if dust website was still active id say make ticket there those guys help u fast reply like 5 times day off get stuff done fast but dust is gone now i wouldve thought that service wouldve gone to eve but mabey they fired them lol

The recent expansion has generated a ton of tickets for the GM staff to deal with. That said, they are working through them as fast as humanly possible. Please be patient and they will get to your ticket when they can.
