Sell Orders

Looking to sell my deployed Fortizar citadel next to Amarr. This was the first deployed Fortizar and player run market hub in the Domain region.

In the 18 days it has been deployed, its earned approx. 6b in passive broker fees (API can be provided as proof if needed), and several times more earned in trade. This was more a novelty and curiosity for me, not really something I want to maintain long term. I was hoping someone would wardec it by now and get some fun content, but no one seems interested in fighting one in hisec.

Citadel will include:
Fortizar itself deployed (20b)
The Market Hub (2b)
Approx. 1 months worth of fuel (~500m)
Fully Fit and Rigged (~2.6b for the Rigs alone, 800m for the fit)
Full hangar of T2 Heavy Fighters and ammo (1b)

Just looking to get my cost back, asking 26b... basically what you would pay to set up your own like it, without the time and risks of moving and deploying, plus you're getting an established trade hub that others regularly use.

No i won't part it out, its a package deal, I either sell it or I don't. Its earning me 100% passive income every day, so no rush.

Obviously will only deal with trusted third party like Chribba, to hold the ISK until I have transferred the ownership of the citadel to the buyer. Please do not bother me if you are not willing to use a third party service, there is no other way I will even consider it.
