Wine conflict with Team Speak?

I love running Wine on my Macbook Pro 2012, it's beautiful and smooth and no longer crashes.

But when I also run TS, my framerate drops down to an unacceptable level. I've been doing TS on an iPad at my side, which isn't ideal.

Has anyone else noticed this?
