The "reply" button doesn't appear, why?

1. If you are a trial player (not active subscription) you can only post in this Newbie Questions forum. And you can only post newbie questions (your question here qualifies).

2. Character Bazaar forum also has special rules, where you cannot reply except to participate in a sale. You cannot bump more than once per 24 hrs, you cannot make comments. However, as far as I know, the reply button is available, just they'll delete your post if you break the Bazaar rules and may ban you from the forums.

So most likely you are still a trial player.
