Carebear with delicious tears here wanting to know about POCOs

Ive moved my main to a low-sec system and there's a ludicrous POCO charging about 25% tax, rather than attempt to negotiate a better rate with them i think id much rather just blow it up

I assume i can pop the thing solo? What sort or warning will they get? Will they know it was me?

Yes, assuming you bring enough DPS to kill it from downtime to downtime.

They will get one mail when you start shooting, and another mail every hour you continue to do so.

Yes, the mail will state your name.

Note that you'll want to do it faster than DT to DT ... and it'll RF once you hit ~20% shields or so (i.e. it becomes invulnerable, and you have to come back tomorrow when it comes out of RF).
