Can I play eve on a PC and a mac, switching between the two?

I have a pc at one address, and a mac at another. At present I'm playing Eve on one account, thru steam, on a PC.

Can I install steam and then eve on the mac at the other address, and log in to my eve account on that machine and play? And then the next day swap to the PC again, etc?
