Station rendering results in blue screen

Hey,

I don't seem to be able to render any stations while in space. When I undock, my screen typically loads only black space and nothing else. If I jump out of EVE at this point, even the windows environment shows odd white dots all around (like pixels of stars), as if it was trying to render a layer on top of everything which isn't there. Have to reboot to get everything back okay.
When I login to EVE again, the space environment loads up okay with HUD, Overview, chat windows etc. as I'm about 100km from the nearest station. The only way to dock is to keep the camera focused on space and not let anything of the station into the view. If I turn the camera around facing the station, I get a blue screen of death.
I've tried installing EVE through Steam and using the new launcher, as well as reinstalling it through the offline installer package. I have also updated my video drivers. Nothing helps. Also, oddly enough, the old launcher refuses to log in, so the only way to start the game is through Exefile. And I've downloaded all the resources with both launchers.
What is most strange is that this same machine ran EVE just fine last week while it still had Windows XP. After upgrading to Windows 7 64bit, I get this rendering issue.

Totally at loss here. Any ideas, anyone?

Found the issue. Corrupt DirectX 9 file. Reinstalling it from offline redistributable file and reinstalling Eve from New Launcher (just to make sure the texture resource wasn't corrupted) got everything working again.
