Escalations are disappearing anyway?

Few days ago got second escalation of Serpentis 9/10 disappeared right under my nose.

I've entered grid 10 minutes before expiration thinking that as long as i'm there it will exist. Not sure but i think in past they used to behave this way.

However as some point everything around just disappeared leaving only couple wrecks and me sitting with my drones wondering 'what happened?' Shocked Journal record was not there too. Escalation expired.

Is it normal now? Or it should be some kind of bug i could report?

Yeah, they expire when their timer runs out. It isn't a bug. You being on site has no consequence what so ever.

Thanks. It's pretty funny and strange. I've never seen environment disappearing right around me Lol
On the other hand this makes real expiration period shorter by 1-1.5 hours (time needed to complete the complex). I will keep it in mind.

Also keep in mind the expiration timer can't be reset by initiating warp to the site.

Now when the clock starts counting down there's no stopping it.
