Reset Timer for Dailies?

Hey, all!

~2 week old newbie here with a question about a system even newer than I am.

When do dailies reset? At server downtime? Exactly 24 hours since your last completion?

Thinking about, based on my work schedule and whatnot, when I should be doing dailies. If it's exactly 24 hours since the time of last completion, doing them earlier in the day would be ideal. If it's at server downtime, I could presumably do two days worth within an hour window.
