Opened a Ticket about a Stuck Character; No Response in 4 Days

So, I hesitate to bring this up here, but I've been doing searches everywhere I cna think of, and haven't found either a solution for my original problem, or any indication that the ticket has been taken up for investigation. Here are the details:

I originally submitted a support ticket on Thursday, May 19th that my character seems to be stuck in a "limbo state" in station. Here's the original ticket in question:

Hello there --

I'm currently parked in Inghenges VII - Federal Freight Storage, and I appear to have an issue with my owned assets.

My currently active ship is not appearing in the Ship Hanger, and I can't change to a different active ship (I have several in this station). Furthermore, I can't move items from the currently active ship (my Vexor) to either the Item Hanger or the hold of a different ship in the Ship Hanger. Finally, when I look at the Industry panel, I can't load up my currently active Jobs.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client completely, and it has not corrected the issue. I have NOT tried to undock, as I don't want to corrupt the ownership of any assets, either ship or items.

Not sure what else there is to do to correct the problem.


The only edits here are the removal of personal information. And, since the original ticket was submitted, I HAVE tried to undock, but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't even acknowledge that I clicked the button.

If someone can point me in the right direction to solve this issue, great -- I'd be happy with that. But, I'd also be happy just knowing that someone has taken up the ticket for investigation. I have no received any word, either in game or through email, that someone is looking into this issue.

So again -- I aologize if this is the incorrect forum for this issue, but I'm unclear at all what to do next. It's been days since I've been able to do anything with my character, and at this point, I'm wondering if anything can fix it.
