I have rapid DD 4 and used a bosonic. After the cycle had ended i was not allowed to cloak up and getting the error message that you get when you try and cloak to fast after a dd. It had been 8 minutes since the aggresion timer started counting down and the dd was ready to fire again but i still could not cloak. I was able to jump out via cyno though.
