WHY ARE CCP IGNORING MY TICKETS??????

Hi, do CCP like to ignore pilots? i have submitted various tickets for various issues with a few accounts over the past 2 weeks and only one has had a reply wich i wated 3 days for. Now i'm getting a little tired of this and am also wondering if there is a way to submit a complaint?


I understand that they are very busy and most likely short staffed where support staff are concerned , but to ignore you i just awfull.

Well, you have two potential causes:

1) They're really busy, which they usually are, and whatever you're contacting them about is lower on the priority list than say account fraud or billing issues.
2) They hate you, personally.

Judging solely the self-important nature of your post, I'd go with option 2, but hey, people say I'm a ****.

There's been many ppl lately talking about overly long response times. Then again, "various tickets for various issues with a few accounts" reeks of silliness.

I can assure you not silly, however as ccp don't like us discussing tickets in forum then i can't say what it's about. Funny they are quick to bash us when we discuss the ticket in here but yet won't respond to them.

Of course you can say what the problem you are having is. You might even find some help here, if someone else has had a similar problem in the past.

What you are not allowed to do is discuss or post about any response you get from CCP.

It's regarding an account transfare but that's already on another post so i don't want to duplicate it here.

And of course then it would be, "Hi. DOES CCP like ignoring pilots...."

Just because you submit a ticket, and you're you (meaning the world you're in revolves around yourself) doesn't mean the priority of your complaint, whine, desperate attempt to get attention, RISES JUST FOR YOU.

We just had a humdinger of an update. IT is hugely involved with a lot of details being worked out. In order to get the game to function as it's supposed to with regard to its current state, and not YOUR momentary difficulties, you can bet CCP is dealing with tickets having to do with that FIRST.

That could mean you aren't as important as you seem to THINK you are. (Which I tend to believe.)
It could also mean you need to be something you've probably never tried; PATIENT.

You clearly haven't worked in customer service, let me remind you that without the likes of "ME" (The player ), there would be no EVE and thus no major updates.

So go crawl back to what ever stinking rock you come out of.

Greetings!

Your best bet is to be patient and wait for a response. Currently the queue is a bit overloaded and they're working as fast as possible to get through them all. Making more than 1 ticket is not recommended. Thank you.
