What was the reason behind the WH Ladar Site Changes (and other ninja changes)?

One of the ninja changes in crucible was a change to the sleepers in the top in ladar sites. EG, the best one, instrument, went from 2 sleepless sentinels to 4. I just don't understand why, you can still clear them out w/ 3 people easily. Given these sleepers do scram and neut, and you could not solo 2 in a tengu (unless deadspace fit).

Do they think that people "daytrip" into C5s often and gas these sites?

Ribbon drops have been nerfed to hell too. I don't understand their logic; ribbons prices are just gonna go up to compensate, and I'm not gonna lose any money, but T3 costs are gonna go up prolly 5-10%. We don't need more expensive ships. It just leads to more carebearing.

I don't know where you're getting your info, but since crucible I have been getting more ribbons per site than before

I dunno what the problem is. In the ends its for the better. More sleepers means more loot. And yes loot drops on Sleepers has improved as well. I for one welcome this change.

Yet with all the mining hate it's what is about to happen in some nearest future, your ships will cost a lot more than they do now once drone region guys and others start hunting other null sec alliances bots or bomb runs on mining ops. (or just sit on the system to ruin their op)

They just shot on your feet and knees with a smile and many were stupid enough to follow. Remember Malkanis law before you ever laugh first whenever it's about to ruin someone's day, it always turns around and hits the top of your head at the end.
