LPs for FW kills

Just starting out in FW and was on a few faction kills but I didn't seem to get any lps. The killmail said 1527lps but I never got any for State Protectorate. Only after doing a plex did I get any lps.

Any idea why this would happen? Is it as simple as I needed to get the final blow? I never had any lps from State Protectorate before so maybe that was something to do with it?

Anyway, just wondering if there are any rules that I'm missing.

For PvP, yes, you split LP from kills. The spread is pretty thin with more pilots. I actually don't remember what happens if neutrals are on the kill mail as well. Try spinning some buttons and check your journal again. Lp's should be there. Sort it by total, if your list is long.

::edit:: scratch all that. I just logged back in to verify and it looks like the pilot with the kililng blow gets the LP you see on the killmail. Sorry for the confusion.
