Returning Vet Eve launcher issue

Hi,

Played Eve for many years then left about 5 years ago when I had kids and wanted to play again.

Eve launcher didn't exist back then.

Downloaded Eve launcher and tried logging in.

Was able to log my accounts in but when I try to launch Eve by clicking Play, nothing happens?

Any ideas, I know it's probably something stupid.

Brand new build PC that I haven't played Eve on before.

what OS are you running?



Also there is a section of the forums called "Eve Launcher" that might have some helpful info.

Tried advice on launcher page but not getting anywhere

If the game is already up to date you can go into the game folder and click on the exe and just launch the game directly.

When you click launch does your account name go green or is there anything underneath like a small bar loading?

When you reinstalled eve and started the launcher did you get the allow block from win 7 or your anti virus.

In the settings of the launcher in the top right have you tried in direct X9.

If you have an old video card, try using the DirectX 9 option.
