why this purloined sansha data analyzer is not seeded on any markets on sisi? wanted to test out this thing on superior sleeper caches and could not fit echelon to do the job

If i remember that ship , just assemble the Echelon, it should have the sansha analyser already installed.

nope this is only for zephyr u can assemble it and he has iris probe launcher fitted in

I am sorry to tell you this, Amak, but this one is for hacking an incursion rep-tower. And incursion Sanshas ignore those Echelons since they are CONCORD ships.
