Regional Market UI improvement - move reticle icon after fitting icons

Hello!

request: please move the 'information' icon (i) and 'reticle' icon (X) next to the skill and fitting icons.

reason:

Screen real-estate is valuable, so it would be good if we can make the in-game windows smaller.
With the regional market window I keep switching between small size and larger size because usually you don't need all the information on right hand side of the market.

However, I find it very useful to use the reticle icon to jump to the market tree to find alternative items for the one I'm looking at. However, since these icons are after the name, my regional market window needs to be at least as big as a long name. So when looking at "Arbalest Compact Light Missile Launcher" my window needs to be much wider only to show the icons.
